Is there an application fee? The non-refundable application fee is $100. An application fee waiver will require support from a school administrator and may be requested electronically by clicking here.
How much is the tuition? What's included? The Session Fee is $8495.00 and includes instruction, program activities, evening activities, off-campus weekend trips, housing, and on-campus meals. Session fees are also non-refundable.
May I apply for financial aid? Yes! An application for financial aid is available as part of your application for admission. You'll use your online account to tell us that you want to apply for financial aid, then, within two days you'll gain access to your two-part financial aid application. You'll need your parent or guardian to help you complete the two-part Financial Aid Application process:
- Part 1 is the Financial Aid Application Form where you'll tell us about your family's income, expenses, the amount you can contribute and write a short essay about why you should be awarded financial aid. You'll save/scan the completed form and then upload it to your account.
- Part 2 is space for you to upload documents to support your Financial Aid Application, like any 2018 or 2019 1040's (or equivalent),
What's not included with my tuition?
- Off-Campus Meals: Each week, you'll purchase one weeknight dinner, your Saturday meals and one Sunday mid-day meal.
- Optional Services: If you're accepted into the program, you'll have the opportunity to order optional services to compliment your experience. These could include things like transportation to campus from Philadelphia International Airport ($75 per trip), linen rental ($65) or a Microfridge rental ($100). We'll cover this in more detail in your Welcome Packet, but if you have questions about these items before then, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for details.
